The eCommerce Consultant implements solutions independently in coordination with other departments. This role focuses in particular on the conceptual development, that meets the customer’s requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
•	Providing consulting services to clients with a focus on evaluating electronic business processing requirements and translating them into effective solutions.
•	Recommending processes and methods while ensuring the optimal use of existing standards.
•	Coordinating all internal and external stakeholders involved in the design and implementation of eCommerce solutions, including specialist departments, technical resources, and System/Solution Owners.
•	Managing project communication, including functional coordination and escalation handling.
•	Creating engagement-related documentation in line with customer specifications and company standards.
•	Developing materials for internal and external training purposes.
•	Preparing detailed project plans, formulating precise work orders, coordinating with internal service providers (ISPs), and providing cost overviews.
•	Presenting project concepts and results to the customer’s IT management, leading project meetings, and ensuring alignment with the defined service scope.
•	Handling technical issues, overseeing time management, coordinating risk and change management processes.
•	Supporting and advising on the conception, implementation, and continuous development of service offerings for both national and international clients.
•	Assessing technological and economic risks.
•	Conducting workshops and presentations to promote eCommerce capabilities and optimize business processes.
•	Independently creating necessary presales materials.
•	Collaborating on internal optimization projects aimed at enhancing quality, functionality, and system stability.
What you need to have:
•	Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce.
•	Fluency in English and French.
•	Proven experience in providing technical management and advisory support to project teams.
•	Solid knowledge of at least one e-commerce solution.
•	Strong business acumen combined with understanding of IT merchandise and service processes.
•	Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a constructive professional network.
•	Strong analytical skills, high resilience, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication capabilities.
•	Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
•	Willingness to travel.
