– Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the department.
– Develop and implement the factory’s financial plans.
– Oversee and adjust budgets across organizational units.
– Manage the development and enhancement of the Management Information System (MIS).
– Prepare and oversee regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc).
– Direct and coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
– Lead quarterly reviews, annual audits, tax inspections, and internal audits.
– Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and safety regulations.
– Represent corporate values and promote process-driven standards within the organization.
Scope & Authority

– Authorization for signing and case management in accordance with corporate regulations.
Requirements
– College or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
– Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and finance leadership roles.
– Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
– Proven track record of managing audits, inspections, and compliance matters.
– Excellent command of English at negotiation level.
