– Expert oversight of accounting activities related to the local site
– Supervision of the local finance team
– Preparation and submission of local annual financial statements (HAS and IFRS) to authorities
– Leading mid-term and annual financial audits
– Acting as key counterpart for external auditors
– Managing monthly closing activities, including operational B2R processes
– Maintaining accounting documentation in line with the latest legal requirements
– Ensuring full compliance of accounting operations with applicable laws and regulations
– Providing training and consultation to local finance and controlling colleagues

What you need to have:

– 5+ years of relevant professional experience
– University degree in Economics with specialization in Accounting / Finance
– Fluency in written and spoken English
– Certified HAS and IFRS accountant
– In-depth knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools
– Strong systems-thinking approach and understanding of financial operations
– Familiarity with automation and digitalization tools
