By becoming a member of the newly created Inside Sales team in Budapest, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills while directly contributing to the improvement of our services. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient entry and processing of customer sales orders using the relevant systems and tools. Your contribution will be key in delivering high-quality operational support and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Order Management: Ensure the precise and on-time entry of customer orders, always meeting agreed service levels.
• Problem-Solving: Cooperate with colleagues from Purchasing and other internal teams to handle non-standard orders and resolve issues such as margin checks, credit limits, or export restrictions.
• Accuracy First: Review all incoming orders carefully—checking specifications, quantities, pricing, and other requirements before processing.
• Customer Care: Manage returns, process credits, and resolve order or invoice queries swiftly, aiming for a right-first-time outcome.
• Continuous Learning: Keep your knowledge of systems and tools up to date to support efficient order processing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure smooth sales order handling.
• Value Creation: Select delivery options, configurations, and value-added services as required by the customer.

What you need to have:

• Have 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service.
• Speak and write English fluently AND French or German.
• Customer-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve challenges.
• Enjoy teamwork and can collaborate effectively across departments.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, ensuring accuracy in every order.
• Basic MS Office knowledge (SAP familiarity is an advantage).
