As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for fully understanding customer requirements and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience—from quotation through to order completion. The role focuses on driving profitable growth by delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction. To succeed, you will need accuracy, flexibility, and strong collaboration skills with colleagues across sales, sourcing, and other internal functions.

What you’ll be doing:

– Responding to customer requests quickly and professionally
– Managing pricing and margin-related decisions
– Processing quotations and sales orders in line with specifications and requirements
– Checking purchase order details against sales orders and sourcing information
– Monitoring deliveries and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
– Coordinating with Purchasing on non-standard or non-compliant orders
– Handling blocked orders linked to margins, credit limits, or export control regulations
– Managing customer stock levels in cooperation with Purchasing, Configuration, and Logistics teams
– Processing product returns according to agreed SLAs
– Ensuring credit notes are issued promptly in the system
– Identifying and implementing process improvements.

You are the ideal candidate if you….

– Have a few years of experience in internal sales
– Speak and write English and French fluently
– Are confident in handling quotations and order processing tasks
– Have strong process understanding and promote adherence to standard workflows while striving to improve them
– Are commercially minded with a strong customer focus
– Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Are reliable, proactive, and take ownership of your work
– Work well in a team environment
– Are organized, able to manage conflicts, and take responsibility for resolving complex issues
– Keep up to date with market changes and trends
– Maintain effective relationships and can demonstrate positive customer feedback
